Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

As a kid, peanut butter and jam sandwiches were an absolute staple! There is just something about this combo that get's my taste buds firing on all four cylinders. So when I finally perfected this recipe I knew I had created a winner!This smoothie recipe not only delivers on taste but on nutritional value with quality carbs, protein and fat (check out this blog post discussing the importance of macronutrient balancing your smoothies).With only a handful of ingredients and little to no preparation time, I think you'll be making the switch from those peanut butter and jam sandwiches to this smoothie without a second thought...What You'll Need:

  • 1 small Banana

  • 1/2 small Avocado

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 2 cups Water (you could use almond or coconut milk)

Creating the Magic:Place ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz until creamy and smooth. Pour contents into a glass jar and enjoy!
