Choc Mint Bliss Balls


Want to know what the definition of a power couple is? Two words... choc and mint! Well to me anyway.Recently, I was playing around with some flavours and accidentally outdid myself according to my official recipe tester boyfriend, Angus (thanks babe)!This recipe was just too good not to share and let's be honest who doesn't love balls in their mouth... amazing choc mint bliss balls that is. Wait, what were you thinking? This recipe is super simple, delicious and full of nutrient dense ingredients - YAASS!What You'll Need:

  • 1 & 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 3 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 4 medjool dates

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oils (ensure 100% pure peppermint essential oil)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon water


Creating The Magic:In a food processor, blend almond meal, cacao powder, medjool dates, honey, peppermint essential oil and salt until well combined. Then slowly add water while blending to bind ingredients.Roll mixture into evenly sized balls. This recipe makes approximately 10 generously sized flavour bomb balls.Chill in the fridge for 20mins.I hope you give this recipe a go and if you do, please leave a comment below.
