Be-You-Tiful Bliss Balls
These bliss balls are my favourite snack packed full of energising and nutritious goodness!
All you need is a decent food processor and the following ingredients (you can add as much or as little as you wish):
Maca PowderCacao PowderAlmond MealGoji BerriesDried Blueberries (or cranberries)Medjool DatesNatural Peanut Butter (or almond butter)Raw Honey (or rice malt syrup)CashewsOats
Once all of the ingredients have been processed together you can now roll the mixture into bite-sized pieces.Roll the balls in almond meal for some added texture and flavour and place into the fridge for 1 hour to set.All that's left to do now is... enjoy!
