Hi there, I’m Lacey!

I’m a Women’s Holistic Nutritionist specialising in hormones and fertility. I help women to rebalance their hormones so they can conceive with ease, free themselves of frustrating PCOS symptoms, experience pain-free and regular monthly cycles and feel blissfully nourished.

I’ve been fascinated by, and dedicated to achieving, optimal health since I lost two family members to cancer. This experience inspired my insatiable interest in healthy eating, lifestyle and wellbeing. While many women in their 20’s were out partying, I was at home immersed in books and blogs about nutrition, women’s wellness, hormones and fertility. This naturally ignited my passion for helping other women achieve optimal health and led to me studying Nutrition.

These days, I work specifically with women who have previously sought the support of medical professionals to conceive, regulate their monthly cycles and heal hormonal imbalances, but haven’t experienced the outcomes they desire. I know how frustrating it can be to invest time, energy and money into your health, only to become overwhelmed with all of the mixed messages out there.

A sad commonality I see amongst the clients I work with, is that many of the health professionals they’ve seen in the past have rushed them out the door with little more than generic advice and stock standard treatment plans (which, surprise, surprise, don’t work).

Although I don’t promise a magic pill, I do promise you support that is heart led, individualised and comprehensive. My style is warm, holistic and caring. I believe that sustainable health outcomes are achieved when the time is taken to get curious and look at someone’s health and lifestyle holistically. It’s from there that personalised plans can be created, outcomes monitored, treatments adapted and health challenges sorted, once and for all.

  • BS Free Meal Plans - a members only subscription based program that provides busy women with affordable, simple and tasty weekly recipes and additional resources to balance their hormones and enhance their fertility


On a more personal note, as well as being a passionate Nutritionist, I’m also a proud Mama of two fur babies, a bookworm (I highly recommend Period Repair Manual and Make Peace with Your Plate), a long-walks-on-the-beach enthusiast and a girl who feels most happy when she is creating new concoctions in the kitchen!
